Returning your items

want you to be happy with your order from Bani Badges, however, if for any reason, you wish to return your items, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.

items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to the merchandise and items remaining in a re-saleable condition.

Damaged or faulty orders

Please note that for orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. If any of the products seems to be faulty, kindlylet us know within 7 days of receiving the items.

Receiving your refund

All refunds will be made within 7 days of Bani Badges receiving the returned goods.

Refund methods

Please note that refunds are processed depending on the method of original payment. Credit card payments are refunded to the same credit card. Payments made by cash, cheque, or debit card are refunded with a cheque.

Exceptions

Please note that all printed stock is non-returnable due to the nature of the print. The customized products are made according to your specification so these are considered as personalized products that cannot be resold to other’s so if your find any print that seems to be faulty, will be refunded as above or you can ask for a re-print.
